Marine mat flooring is designed for creating custom patterns and shapes using CNC cutting machines. With a size of 240cm x 120cm, it fits most CNC cutting platforms perfectly. The higher hardness and density of our material ensure smooth and accurate cutting surfaces, making it ideal for marine applications.
The PE/EVA foam material we use allows our boat flooring passes UV resistant test in 3000H standard, based on this, it can stand in marine application for 3 - 5 years under proper using, while others are less than 1 year.
