Melors boat flooring is a new kind of boat flooring made from UV-resistant PE/EVA foam material compared with traditional real teak or PVC teak flooring. With strong and waterproof adhesive on the backing, it can be applied on the boat decking by simply peeling and sticking, providing a durable, non-slip, and comfortable surface for all types of boats.
The PE/EVA foam material we use allows our boat flooring passes UV resistant test in 3000H standard, based on this, it can stand in marine application for 3 - 5 years under proper using, while others are less than 1 year.
HIGH DENSITY & HARDNESS FOAM MATERIAL
With higher density & hardness material, the foam boat flooring is more durable to use, and not easy to shrink even going through temperature difference.
STRONG & SOLID LAMINATION
After years experience, we have developed exclusive and special process on double layers lamination, which makes the sheets hard to de-laminated compared with the other process with simply normaly glue.
